Refund & Return Policy

Please read the following carefully to understand our return and refund policy for all products sold on https://france-kukirin.com.
Note: Please retain the original packaging box and all included accessories. Returns cannot be processed without the original packaging.
1. Eligibility for Returns
In compliance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The scooter’s odometer reading must be less than 5 kilometers (3 miles).
The product must include all original items (charger, keys, tools, gifts, etc.) and original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Order Cancellation
Before shipping:
You may cancel your order free of charge.
After shipping:
If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order.
You will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by our carrier, typically €60–€80, depending on destination.
KuKirin will provide an authorized return label via our designated carrier.
If a customer refuses delivery, the parcel will be returned automatically, and a refund minus the actual outbound shipping cost will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.
3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If you wish to return the scooter for non-quality reasons within 14 days of delivery:
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to our EU warehouse (estimated €60–€80).
KuKirin will issue an official Return Authorization Email and provide the correct return label.
Returns without prior approval or sent to the wrong address will be refused.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
KuKirin will cover all repair or replacement costs, including logistics fees, once the issue is confirmed.
Requests made after 7 days will be handled under warranty terms.
Minor cosmetic issues such as light scratches, small paint imperfections, or bent accessories are not considered defects.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
No restocking or handling fee will be charged.
For non-quality returns, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and a detailed invoice can be provided upon request.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Replacement parts and accessories (unless defective)
Products damaged by improper use or human error
Customized or special orders
Used items unless defective on arrival
Gift cards or promotional gifts
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
EU Distance Selling Regulations
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
